CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR <br /> CITY STREETS) TO ESTABLISH A THREE-WAY <br /> STOP AT PASEO SANTA CRUZ AND CAMINO <br /> SEGURA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A <br /> Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 5, 1997, the City Council received and discussed a <br /> report (SR 97:233) from the Director of Public Works related to a request to <br /> install a three-way stop at the intersection of Paseo Santa Cruz and Camino <br /> Segura; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add <br /> subsection 3p-12 and 3c-10 to Section 3 (Stop Intersections). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for <br /> City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 3p-12 and 3c-10 to <br /> Section 3 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "3p-12 Paseo Santa Cruz, at Camino Segura; stopping traffic in both <br /> directions on Paseo Santa Cruz. <br /> <br /> 3c-10 Camino Segura, at Paseo Santa Cruz; stopping traffic on Camino <br /> Segura." <br /> <br /> <br />
