CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION' SETTING COMPENSATION FOR <br /> MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES <br /> OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's management and confidential employees except <br /> the City Manager and City Attorney are set forth in the City's Management <br /> and Confidential Compensation Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current Management and Confidential Compensation Plan expires <br /> August 31, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's management and confidential employees for the <br /> period September 1, 1997 through August 31, 1998, as recommended by the <br /> City Manager, is set forth in the attached Management and Confidential <br /> Compensation Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Adopts the attached Management and Confidential Compensation Plan <br /> effective September 1, 1997. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Repeals Resolution No. 96-96. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 5, 1997 BY THE <br /> FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
