The reflectors shall be displayed continuously <br /> during darkness while the vehicle remains <br /> disabled upon the roadway or parked or disable <br /> within 10 feet thereof. <br /> <br />.. f. Subdivisions (b), (c), (d), and(e) do not <br /> apply to vehicle under either of the <br /> following circumstances: <br /> <br /> 1. The service brakes on the tow truck <br /> shall be adequate to control the movement of and <br /> stop and hold the combination of vehicles under all <br /> conditions and on any grade on which they are <br /> operated. Brakes are required to be maintained in <br /> good working order at all times. <br /> <br /> 17. Broom. shovel and Extinguisher (27700).
