The i~rovements which are the s~ject of this Report are briefly described as follows: The minten~ce ~d repair of street lights, desi~ated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel transition zones ( fire breaks ), ent~ features, open space ~ainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and desi~ated l~dscaped areas, t~ether with all appurtenant and incidental e~enses within ~act 6483, City of Pleasanton. This Report consists of six parts, as follows: P~T A - Plus ~d specifications for the i~rovements are filed with the City Clerk. Although separately bo~d, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in it by reference. P~T B - ~ estimate of the cost of the improvements. P~T C - ~ assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefitted parcel of land within the ~sessment District. P~T D - A statement of the method by which the undersized has detemined the amour proposed to ~ assessed against each parcel. P~T E - A list of the names and addresses of the o~ers of real property within this assessment district, as sho~ on the last e~alized assessment roll for taxes, or as ho~ to te Clerk. The list is keyed to ~ibit C by assessment nu~er. P~T F - A diagam showing all of the parcels of real property within the assessment district. This diagram is keyed to Exhibit C by assessment nu~er.
