CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-82 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S <br /> REPORT AND LEVYING THE 1997-98 ASSESSMENT <br /> FOR LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING DISTRICT 1993-1 <br /> (WINBSOR) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on July 1, <br /> 1997 on the question of the levy of the proposed annum assessment for <br /> Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section2: The City Council hereby levies the 1997-98 annum assessments in <br /> connection with Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 1993-1 <br /> (Windsor), as described in the Engineer's Report <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JULY 1, 1997 .BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
