CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-79 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE <br /> PEGASUS GROUP FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL TO <br /> CONSTRUCT A SELF-STORAGE FACILITY AND AN <br /> OFFICE/RESIDENT MANAGER'S UNIT ON THE <br /> NORTH SIDE OF STANLEY BOULEVARD, AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE PUD-97-06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 1, 1997, the City Council received a proposed <br /> negative declaration for the application of the Pegasus Group for Planned <br /> Unit Development plan approval to construct a self-storage facility <br /> consisting of five self-storage buildings and an office/resident manager's <br /> unit totaling 72,550 square feet, located on the north side of Stanley <br /> Boulevard between Valley Avenue and Reflections Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 21, <br /> 1997, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br /> Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held at which time the public was given <br /> the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br /> PUD plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD plan would not have any <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
