CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-77 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MASTER <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN ADMINISTERING <br /> AGENCY (CITY OF PLEASANTON) AND STATE <br /> (STATE OF CALIFORNIA) FOR FEDERAL-AID <br /> PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 1, 1997, the City Council received the report of the <br /> Director of Public Works (SR 97:198) regarding Master Agreement No. <br /> 04-5101 of general requirements of all federal-aid projects relative to the <br /> prosecution of projects and the maintenance of the completed facilities. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the City Manager to enter into Master Agreement No. 04-5101 <br /> between the Administering Agency (City of Pleasanton) and the State of <br /> California for Federal-Aid Projects. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
