CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-69 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF ANNUAL <br /> REPORT FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1995-2, LAGUNA OAKS <br /> (PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND <br /> LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Randall A. Lure, City Engineer, the person designated by this Council as <br /> the Engineer of Work for Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. <br /> 1995-2, Laguna Oaks, is hereby directed to file an annual report in <br /> accordance with the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of <br /> 1972. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22622 of the Streets and <br /> Highways Code. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 17, 1997 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy L.
