'" CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-66 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br /> IMPROVEMENTS, LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-2, BONDE RANCH <br /> (PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND <br /> LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Lighting <br /> and Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-2, Bonde Ranch, during fiscal <br /> year 1997-98. The area of land to be assessed is located in the City of <br /> Pleasanton, Alameda County. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of street lighting, designated landscaped areas, <br /> open space slopes, fuel transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open <br /> space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and <br /> designated landscape areas, and the fumishing of water and power for <br /> irrigation systems, together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses <br /> within Tract 6483 and Tract 65 18, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an annual <br /> report, Randall A. Lum, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the <br /> report required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All <br /> interested persons are referred to that report for a full and detailed <br /> description of the improvements, the boundaries of the assessments upon <br /> assessable lots and parcels of land within the assessment district. <br /> <br /> Section 4: On Tuesday, the 1st day of July, 1997, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., the City <br /> Council will conduct a public heating on the question of the levy of the <br /> proposed annual assessment. The hearing will be located in the City <br /> Council Chambers, 200 Old Bemal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br /> <br />
