<br />concerning treatment and dispositions of the human remains to the person <br />responsible for the excavation, or to his/her authorized representative. A similar <br />note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />57. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from <br />existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent <br />odor. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />58. The area of the development shall be tested for strength and clarity of signal to and <br />from the area for City emergency services communications including, but not <br />limited to, City eight-hundred megahertz (800 mhz) trunked radio, Livermore- <br />Pleasanton Fire Services radio, Alameda County eight-hundred megahertz <br />(800 mhz) trunked radio, CLEMAR/Police Dispatch, and the current police mobile <br />data system, unless waived by the Police Department, City of Pleasanton. Expert <br />opinions may be required in anticipation of communications difficulties inside or <br />around large structures. Mitigation plans of less than acceptable communications <br />shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the Police Department prior to approval <br />and shall be financed by the applicant immediately upon approval. <br /> <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />59. The buildings shall be equipped with automatic fire suppression systems <br />(sprinklers) as required by the Fire Department. <br /> <br />60. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly <br />visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time <br />hours. <br /> <br />61. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />62. The applicant shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber <br />construction until the final inspection. <br /> <br />63. Prior to any construction framing, the applicant shall provide adequate fire <br />protection facilities, including, but not limited to surface roads, fire hydrants, and a <br />water supply and water flow in conformance to the City's Fire Department <br />Standards able to suppress a major fire. When alternate methods of fire protection <br />are approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or modified. <br />Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be submitted in writing to the <br /> <br />10 <br />
