ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> NO. 1993-1, WINDSOR <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Randall A. Lum, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and <br /> Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1, Windsor, City of <br /> Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as <br /> directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the <br /> Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are <br />briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas <br /> and open space areas, entry features, masonry soundwalls, <br /> common area drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees <br /> and planrings in designated landscaped areas, furnishing <br /> of water and power for irrigation systems, and street <br /> lights, together with all appurtenant and incidental <br /> expenses within Tract 6320, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are <br />filed with the City Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans <br />and specifications are a part of this report and are included in it <br />by reference. <br /> <br /> PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the <br />improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement <br />on each benefitted parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br /> <br /> PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has <br />determined the amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br /> PART E - An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real <br />property within the assessment district.
