ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br /> LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Randall A. Lum, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape District <br /> No. 1984-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes <br /> this report as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section <br /> 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting <br /> Act of 1972}. <br /> <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are <br /> briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Landscaping, including trees, shrubs and irrigation <br /> system all as delineated on the landscape and irrigation <br /> plans for Tract 5257 (Phase III Landscape District <br /> 1984-1}. <br /> <br /> Said improvements are within the following areas: <br /> <br /> a. North of Corte de Flores on the west side of Paseo <br /> Santa Cruz approximately 160 feet long by 6 feet <br /> wide, and north on Corte Pacifica on the east side <br /> of Paseo Santa Cruz approximately 1,370 feet long <br /> by 6 feet wide. <br /> <br /> This Report consists of five parts, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A Plans and specifications for the improvements <br /> constructed in 1985. <br /> <br /> PART B An estimate of the cost for maintenance of the <br /> existing improvements and proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C An assessment of the estimated cost of the <br /> improvement on each benefitted parcel of land <br /> within the Assessment District. <br /> <br /> PART D A statement describing the method by which the <br /> amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel <br /> was determined. <br /> <br /> PART E An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of <br /> real property within the assessment district.
