Resolution No. 97-59 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 2: The Board hereby declares its intention to order that the costs and expenses <br /> of maintaining and operating the CHAD improvements shall be assessed <br /> against the property within the CHAD benefited thereby. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Board hereby further declares its intention to assess against the <br /> property within the GHAD, for the 1997-98 fiscal year, such mounts as set <br /> forth in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Section4: The Board hereby fixes July 15, 1997, at 6:50 p.m., 200 Old Bernal <br /> Avenue, Pleasanton, California, 94566, as the time and place for the <br /> heating of protests to the proposed assessments. <br /> <br />Section 5: The Board hereby directs the Clerk of the Board to mail notices of said <br /> hearing pursuant to the provisions of Public Resources Code Section 26652. <br /> <br />Section6: The Board hereby designates Randall Lure, City Engineer, General <br /> Manager of the CHAD as the person to answer inquiries regarding the <br /> proposed assessments. <br /> <br />Section 7: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE OAK TREE FARM <br />GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT, AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE <br />17, 1997 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Boardmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Chairman Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO F~~:~ <br /> Michael H.
