Commissioner Arkin wanted to ensure that the individual lots were not held for a long time when the rest of the homes were developed. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED~ Chairperson Maas expressed concern about a possible disparaging comparison between the custom homes and the track homes on the site- Commissioner Arkin would like to explore a mechanism to encourage people to build on the lots more quickly.
