MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA- <br />"there were none~ <br />4_ REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Ms. Donna Decker advised that there were no format changes to the agenda. She noted, <br />however, that staff had received a letter requesting to continue Item 6.e. L nn Jansen, <br />from a neighbor who did not receive a copy of the public hearing notice- She added that <br />staff had been informed there were approximately seven other residents in the Nolan <br />Farm development who had not received a mailed notice from the G'ity_ Ms_ Decker <br />indicated that the Commission could either choose to have staff present its report, open <br />the public hearing for public testimony for those in attendance who wish to speak, and <br />then continue the hearing to a future meeting, or continue the item to the next meeting on <br />August 1 O, 2005 _ <br />Acting Chairperson Arkin indicated that the Commission had done that before but was <br />uncomfortable with opening, then continuing, the public hearing. He noted. that this item <br />was scheduled towards the end of a full agenda- <br />Commissioner Blank commented that it might be more appropriate to continue the item <br />given the number of items on the agenda. <br />Commissioner Roberts moved to continue PUD-38, Lynn Jansen, to the next <br />available meeting_ <br />Acting Chairperson Arkin seconded the motion_ <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Blank, Pearce, and Roberts. <br />NOES: None_ <br />ABSTAIN: None_ <br />RECUSED= None_ <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Fox and Maas_ <br />5_ MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />a_ PAUP-1.
