Chairperson Maas noted that there had been some concern over documentation that was given to <br />the Commission aRer the meeting by two speakers. <br />Ms. Decker noted that staff had not completed the task of reviewing the recording and would <br />bring the minutes back to the Conn mission on July 13, 2005. <br />Commissioner Arkin inquired whether "Policy X" had been defined in the minutes. <br />Ms_ Decker advised that would also be included in the minutes_ <br />3_ MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA_ <br />There were none. <br />4_ REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Ms. Decker advised that staff had received a large volume of correspondence and additional <br />inFormation regarding Item 6.£_ PDUP-8_ Vilas and Me:?ha Thuse and did not have adequate <br />time to review, assess, and analyze those items. She stated that there continued to be significant <br />concern from the neighborhood and suggested that the Commission continue this item to the <br />meeting of July 13, 2005_ She noted that it would be the t3rst item on the agenda. <br />There was Commission consensus to continue the item to the meeting of July 1 3, 2005. <br />Chairperson Maas emphasized that it would be axtrem ely important for the applicant to work <br />with staff to reach resolution on some of the items_ <br />Ms_ Dccker then advised that the order of items to be heard would be- <br />ltem 6_a_ -Energy Element of the General Plan <br />Item 6. d.
