Commissioner Blank advised that the sentence on paragraph 2 of page 21 should be <br />modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Blank requested that staff assist the <br />Commission i~r~g to access enabling technology that would allow them or staff to <br />s-eurch-official City documents for references to various items in Specifzc Plans, such as <br />t~identifying all restroom references that might he contained in the Downtown Specifrc <br />Plan as it pertained to the Veteran's Memorial Hall." <br />Commissioner Fox advised that the sentence on paragraph 3 of page 12 should be <br />mothFed to read as follows: "Commissioner Fox advised that she had spoken with the <br />Greener, Mr_ and Mrs_ Bozorgzad, Kathy Ferreira, and Mr_ Lam h, .Sr., and had contacted <br />the Police Department to hove a patrol offzcer ire the neighborhood survey the planned <br />path at San Carlos Way °--~' "-° -~ °' °rc°°- = ~'~° --°---'-'--~-'--~°-' ' <br />Commissioner Blank advised that the sentence on paragraph 4 of page 1 2 should be <br />modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Blank advised that he had spoken with <br />Mr. and Mrs. Bozorgzad and Mr_ Greene-" <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />3_ MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA_ <br />Vanessa Kawaihu, 871 Sycamore Road, thax~l{ed the Plar~ning Commission for continuing <br />the Greenbrier scoping session. She recalled an editorial letter in the previous day's <br />Valley Times commending the Mayor for bringing up the fiscal impacts of a project <br />during an EIR scoping session. She inquired whether that would be brought up during <br />the scoping session in March and whether residents would be allowed to ask about fiscal <br />impacts. She would like the rules to be delineated. <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that the speaker during the scoping session had been <br />corrected by the attorney_ <br />4_ REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Ms. Decker advised that staff had received an e-mail from the applicant's representative <br />requesting that Item 6.c., PUD-OS-1M, Frank and Barbara Berlo mar/Kenneth and Pamela <br />Chrisman, be continued to the next available Planning Commission hearing date_ She <br />noted that the March 23, 2005 meeting has been reserved for the Spotorno Ranch EIR <br />scoping session and that continuing the item to the March 9, 2005 meeting would allow <br />the applicant only a week to work out any issues. Staff requested that the item be <br />continued to the first available April meeting date- <br />Ms_ Nerland defined the rules of a continuance as stated in the Commissioners' <br />Handbook.
