Exhibit B <br /> Deletion of Pedestrian Trail <br /> Amenity in GEF <br /> PUD 85-15-.3M <br /> <br />1. The proposed pedestrian trail as shown on the attached site plan, Exhibit A (dated <br /> "Received January 31, 1994"), on file with the Planning Department, shall be deleted from <br /> the development plan previously-approved for PUD-85-15. <br /> <br />2. The developer shall transfer a cash sum of $30,000 to the City of P!easanton to be held for <br /> a maximum period of one year from the effective date of this approval, or until such time <br /> that the Golden Eagle Homeowners' Association submits plans for another amenity, <br /> subject to the review and approval of the Planning Director, to be installed as a benefit for <br /> all homeowners in that subdivision. In the event that no satisfactory amenity is approved <br /> within one year, the monies shall be allocated for the construction of sidewalks along <br /> portions of Foothill Road for access to the Pleasanton Middle School by the residents and <br /> children of this subdivision. The developer shall deposit the entire amount with the City <br /> prior to the acceptance of the subdivision improvements for the Golden Eagle <br /> subdivisions. <br /> <br />3. All other conditions of PUD-85-15 and its modifications shall remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
