<br />Resolution No. 06-012 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of SilverStone <br />Communities for PUD rezoning of an existing 2.76-acre vacant lot from <br />RM-4,OOO (Multiple-Family Residential) District to PUD-HDR (Planned <br />Unit Development - High Density Residential) District and for <br />development plan approval for a 45-unit residential condominium <br />development at 3909 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed <br />pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
