The project developer shall <br />notify the Dublin-San Ramon Services District ~DSRSD) upon installation of the <br />sanitary coxirxection; a copy of this notification shall be provided to the Planning <br />Department. - <br />1_ Prior to grading permit issuance the project developer shall submit a copy of the State <br />Water Resources Control Board Notice of Intent (NOI~ for coverage under the State <br />Construction Stone Water General Permit for projects with clearing, grading and <br />excavation exceeding the currant standards. <br />g. The project development shall submit a Storniwater Pollution Prevention Plan L;SW YPP~ <br />for review and approval by the City Engineer prior to issuance of building or grading <br />pcrxnits_ Failure to comply with the approved construction SWPPP may result in the <br />issuance of correction notices, citations or stop work order- The following construction <br />Best Management Practices (BMPs~, as well as any other applicable measure, shall be <br />included in the SWYPP and implemented as approved by the City_ <br />K3- The project developer is responsible for implementing @ie following measures during all <br />construction phases of the project: <br />a_ "fhe project developer shall include erosion control./storm water quality measures on <br />the renal grading plan which shall specifically address measures to prevent soil, dirt, <br />and debris from entering the storm drain system.
