EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />Tract 7706 Ron and Kim Winter Kimberly Commons <br />520 St_ John <br />December 14, 2005 <br />1 _ Tract 7706 shall be as showaz on )/xhibit A, Tentative Map Tract 7706~9atad <br />October 20, 2005, and related exhibits on file at the Planning Department, except <br />as modified by the following conditions. <br />2. All conditions of PUD-37 shall remain in lull force and of feet; final approval of <br />all utility systciras, grading, streets, drainage, and other iiriprovearients shall be <br />subject to final review and approval of the City )/ngineer. <br />3. Each rental unit shall have a separate address, acid not a suite number or letter. <br />The addresses shall be assigned by the Planning Department. <br />4_ ]f two or more utility trenches are created on the east side of Peters Avenue, than <br />all o1-Peters Avenue shall be repaved and striped along the entire project frontage- <br />The repaving and striping shall be suhject to the review and approval of the Public <br />Works aazd Engineering Department. <br />S_ Two water iricters shall be provided on Lot 1, not including the required water <br />meter for fire prevention purposes, unless waived by the Chief Building Official <br />and Director of Public Works_ <br />6. All easements, as deemed necessary by the CJity, shall be shown on the Final Map <br />or in the CC~c.Rs for the prof cct.
