The proposed signs and comprehensive sign pro grans shall cons-orm substantially to <br />the "Pleasant Plaza Tenant Sign Program," silt plan, elevations, color/material board, <br />and related iri ateri als dated "Received, August 3, August 7, and November 1, 2005," <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed, subject to the approval of the <br />Planning Director, if Found to the in substantial conformance with the approved <br />eXhl bltS_ <br />2. The applicant/tenant shall obtain al-1 building and other applicable City permits prior <br />to the installation o£ any signs_ <br />3_ At tho time the new signs era installed, all of the existixig tenant signs shall be <br />removed from the building. <br />4.
