PC-2005-59 RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPL-",AL OF BRIAN ARKIN Ol-~ "I'HE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S APPROVAL OF A SIGN DESIGN REVIEW, AS FILED UNDER CASE PAP-90 (PSDR-24Ei~ WHEREAS, Brian Arkin has appealed the "Coning Administrator's approval o£ Case PSDR-246, the application of Arrow Sign Company for sign design review approval to crcatc a new comprehensive sign program for the Pleasant Plaza Shopping Center located at 4223-42'77 First Street; acid WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C Central Commercial, Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Overlay District and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of December 14, 2005, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt Isom the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <CEQA~; and WI-iEREAS, the Planning Commission detern-tined that the creation o£ a new comprehensive sign program for the Pleasant Plaza Shopping Center located at 4223-4277 i~ first Street is appropriate £or the site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TI-IE C=ITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: S_ ection 7 .
