h. Ensures that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster operations do not <br />discharge wash water into street., gutters, or storm drains- <br />Urban Stormwater Operation R~q uirements <br />82. All projects, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer or Chief Building <br />OiFicial, shall enter into a recorded Stormwater Treatment Measures Inspection and <br />Maintcn ance Agreement for ongoing niaintanance and reporting of required stormwater <br />irieas ores. These measures may include, but era not limited to: <br />a. On-site storm drain inlets on the Nordstrom shall be property clearly marked and <br />~r~aintained with the words "No Dumping Drains to Ray-" <br />b. Proper maintenance of landscaping, with minimal pesticide and. fertilizer use. <br />c. Clean all on-site storm drains on the Nordstrom site at least twice a year with one <br />cleaning immediately prior to the rainy season- The City iriay require additional <br />cleaizings. <br />d. Regularly but not less than once a month, sweep driveways, sidewalks and paved <br />areas on the Nordstrotrt parking deck and parking areas to minimize the <br />accumulation of litter and debris- Corners and hard to reach areas shall be swept <br />manually. Debris from pressure washing shall be trapped and collected to prevent <br />entry into the storm drain system- Wastewater containing any soap, cleaning <br />agent or degreaser shall not be discharged into the stonrt drain. <br />c. Vegetated swales with grasses shall be mowed and clippings removed on a <br />regular basis- <br />~~ red/ <br />15 <br />
