58. The project developer shall keep the site Free of £re hazards front the start of construction <br />until the final inspection" <br />59. Prior to construction, the project developer shall provide adequate fire protection <br />Facilities, including, but not limited to surt$ce roads, fire hydrants, and a water supply and <br />water flow in conformance to the City's Fire Department Standards able to suppress a <br />major tire- <br />60. The Fire Chief and the Chief Building DfTicial shall approve the number, type, and <br />location of all private fire hydrants. <br />6] . All curbs located. with aseven-foot, six-inch radius of a. private fire hydrant shall be <br />painted red, unless, modified by the Fire Chief <br />62. A71 private driveway aisles designated as fire lanes by the Fire C7hief shall be maintained <br />in accordance with Articles 9 and 1 O of the Uniform Fire Code, which permits towing <br />vehicles illegally parked on the Fre lanes- Fire lane curbs shall be painted red with "No <br />Parking, Firc Lana, Tow Away Zone" or "No Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" signs <br />shall be installed as required by the Vehicle Code_ <br />63. The Fire Chief shall issue a permit prior to any installation of a fire detection, alanri, and <br />occupant notification system" All sprinkler system water flow and control valves shall be <br />complete and serviceable prior to Final inspection. Prior to the occupancy of a building <br />having a fire alarm systetrt, the Fire Department shall test and witness the operation of the <br />fire alarm syste~ri" <br />64. All portions of the buildings covered by this approval shall have installed and operating, <br />lire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:1 O-B:C rating. The fire extinguishers shall be <br />located within a 75-foot radius of each other- <br />65. Trash enclosures which are sized. to contain dumpsters with an individual capacity of one <br />and 1 .5-cubic yards located within five-feet of unprotected. building openings, <br />cotribustible walls, or combustible roof eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire <br />sprinkler system- <br />F ngiueerin~ Req uir¢rr~er~tsc <br />66. All utilities required to serve the development on-site covered by this approval shall be <br />installed underground- <br />67.
