53. The applicant shall submit a building survey and/or record of survey and a site development plan <br />in accordat~ee with the provisions of Chapter 1 8.68 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton. These plans shall be approved by the Chief Luilding Official prior to the issuance of <br />a building, pcrn>it.
