The project developer is responsible for ensuring that the contractor is <br />aware of and implements such measures- <br />b. No grading shall occur between October 15 and t\pril 15 unless approved erosion <br />control/storm water quality nzcas ures ar-e in place, subject to the approval ol'City <br />Engineer/Director of Building lnspection. Such nzeasures shall be maintained <br />until such time as permanent landscaping is place- <br />c. Gather all construction debris on a regular basis and place it in a dutrrpster or <br />other container which is emptied or removed on a weekly basis- Whcn <br />appropriate. use tarps on the ground to collect fallen debris or splatters that could <br />contribute to ston-n water runoff pollution- <br />d. 12cn~ove all dirt, gravel, rubbish. rcfiise, and green waste front the street pavcnzcnt <br />acid storm drains adjoining the site_ Linzit construction access routes onto the site <br />and place gravel on them. Do not drive vehicles and equipment ofi£ paved or <br />graveled areas during wet weather_ Brootrx sweep the street paven~ant adjoining <br />the prr~jcet site on a daily basis. Scrape caked-on mud and dirt from these areas <br />before sweeping. <br />e. lxtstall filter n~xaterials (such as sandbags. filter fabric, etc.) at the storm drain inlet <br />nearest the dowt~stream side of the project site in order to retain a»y debris or dirt <br />filowing in the storm drain system. Maintain and/or replace falter materials to <br />ensure aft-ectivanass and to prevcx~t street flooding- <br />f. Create a contained and covered -area on the site for the storage of bags, ecxricnt, <br />paints, oils, teriilizers, pesticides, or other materials used on the site that have the <br />potential of bet. n.g discharged into the storn-t drain system through being <br />windblown or in the event of a material spill_ <br />g- Ncvcr clean x-nachinery, equipmeni~ tools, brushes, or rinse containers into a <br />street, gutter, or storm drain- <br />h_ Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster operations do not <br />discharge wash water into street., gutters., or storm drains- <br />Urbsan Stormwater Operation Requirements <br />70. All projects, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer or Chief Building <br />Off ci al. shall enter into a recorded Stormwater TreaLxnent Measures Inspection and <br />Maintenance Agreement for ongoing maintcnat~ee axed reporting of required storrnwater <br />n~easures_ 'Fh ese measures may includc> but arc riot limited to= <br />a- On-site storn~x drain inlets clearly marked and maintained with the words "No <br />Dutrtping -Drains to Bay-" <br />1 1 <br />
