48. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction. on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the project developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deetrted warranted by the City Engine er_ 50. The applicant shall obtain an encroachirtent permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site_ Urban Stormwater Runoff R~q uiremeutsc 51 . Bulls construction materials to be stored outdoors that may contribute to the pollution of storm water runoff shall be covered as deemed appropriate by the Chia[' Building Official. 52. The applicant shall include erosion control/storm water quality measures on the final grading plan which shall speci£cally address inaasures to prevent soil, dirt, and. debris front entering the storm drain system. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, hydrosccding, hay bales, sandbags, and siltation fences and are subject to the review and approval of the City En ginner/Chief Building Official. If no grading plan is required, necessary erosion control/storm water quality measures shall be shown on the site plan submitted for an on-site pem~it, subject to the review and approval of the Chief Building Official. The proj act developer is responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of and implements such measures. 53. All cut and fSll slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized after completion of grading, but in no case later than Uctober 15. Hydro seeding shall be accomplished before September 15 and irrigated with a temporary irrigation system to ensure that the grasses are established before October 15. No grading shall occur between October 15 and April 15 unless approved erosion control/storm water quality measures are in place, subject to the approval of the Chief Building Of~icial_ Such n-icasuras shall be inaintainad unril such time as permanent landscaping is place. 54. The proj act developer shall subinii a construction Best Managetmeni Practices (BMP's) program for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building and/or grading permits. These BMP's shall be implemented by the general contractor and all subcontractors artd suppliers of materials and equipment Construction sites cleanup and control of construction debris shall also be addressed. failure to comply with the approved construction BMP may result in the issuance of correction notices, citations, or a stop work order. 7
