'The applicant shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Department prior to <br />issuance of building or demolition pern~xits. The plan shall include the estimated <br />composition and quantities of waste w be generated and how the project developer <br />intends to recycle at least 50-percent of the total job site. construction and demolition <br />waste measured by weight or volume. Yroof of compliance shall be provided to the Chief <br />Building OtYici al prior to the issuance of a final building permit During demolition and <br />construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials <br />only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only"_ The project developer shall <br />contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste from the site- <br />Building and Site Design Requirements: <br />23_ "fhe applicant shall provide automatic opening sectional roll-up garage doors on the <br />garages of the single-family house covered by this approval to the satisfaction of the <br />Planning Director. <br />24. The building developer shall comply with the design guidelines and shall post address <br />numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible irom all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours, according to the requirements of the <br />Building and Fire Departments. <br />25. The approved building n~x aterials and colors slxall be stated on the building permit plans <br />subxrxitted for issuance of building permits. <br />Landscaping and Irrigation System Design and Operation. <br />2Ei_ A hnal landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by Planning <br />Director as part of the building permit plan set prior to issuance of an on-site permit- <br />Said landscape plan shall be consistent with the approved landscape plan plus any <br />conditions of approval, and shall be detailed in terms of plant species, their locations on <br />the site, size upon installation, total quantities for each species, and spacing upon <br />planting. <br />27_ The applicant shall provide roof control barriers and Four inch perforated pipes For <br />parking lot trees, street trees, and trees -in planting areas less than ten-feet in width, as <br />determined necessary by the Planning Director at the time of review of the i3na1 <br />landscape plans. <br />28. All trees used in landscaping be a minimum of 15-gallons in size and all shrubs a <br />minimum of £ive-gallons, unless otherwise shown on the approved landscape plan- <br />29. All landscaping shall be installed within nine months of occupancy. The applicant shall <br />submit a letter to the planning Director indicating the completion of the landscaping. <br />4 <br />
