OF PHILIP BLANK <br />AND THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S APPROVAL OF A DESIGN RE VIEW, <br />AS FILED CINDER CASE PAP-84 (PDR-465) <br />WHEREAS, Philip Blank has appealed the Zoning Administrator's approval of Case PDK-4Ci5, the <br />application of Jacqueline Smart/Wireless Facilities, Inc_, for design review approval to <br />install a wireless Facility consisting of six antennas mounted to a 45-foot tall tree pole and <br />L3vc rel atcd equipment cabinets to be located at 73I 5 Johnson Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-GBcLI /;Planned iJnit Development - General and Light <br />hidustrial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of Septcniber 28, 2005, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects oi" this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act <CEQA~; and <br />WIiEREAS, the Planning Comir~ission determined that the proposed project meets all required <br />]ocational standards, stealth techniques, and collocational requirements, as well as all <br />other provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal Code; and <br />WHERF_,AS, the Planning Commission has further determined that the proposed. project is consistent <br />with appropriate L~~r the site as attested by the existence of two other wireless facilities on <br />the same site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TIIE CITY OF PLEASAN"fON <br />R1?SC7LVPS THIS L'C?LLC~W IIVC3= <br />Section 1 . Approves Case PAP-84, the appeal of Philip Blank, and upholds the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval of Case PDR-465, the application of Jacqueline Smart/Wireless <br />Facilities, Inc", for design review approval to install a wireless facility consisting of six <br />antennas mounted to a 45-foot tall tree pole and Live related equipment cabinets to be <br />located at 73 ] 5 Johnson Drive, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, attached <br />hereto a»d made part of this case by refarence_ <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days aRer its passage and adoption unless <br />appealed prior to that time. <br />
