EXHIBIT B <br />C70NDITIONS (7 F' AYYRC)VAL <br />Case YCU Y-143, Pleasanton G'ommunity G'hurch/United Youth Enrichment School <br />4455 Stoneridgc Drive <br />September 14, 200_S <br />The location and operation of the proposed use shall conforrra substantially to Exhibit <br />"A" the site plan, Iloor plans, and Statcn~ent of Operation, dated "Received, July 26, <br />2005", on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following <br />conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved operation and schedule niay <br />be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial compliance with <br />the proposal- <br />2_ If additional hours of operation beyond what was included in the applicant's <br />statement of operation, dated "Received, July 26, 2005", on file in the Plarirting <br />Department, arc desired, the applicant shall obtain approval from the State of <br />California Department o£ Social Services prior to City review and approval If <br />additional hours require the provision of an outdoor activity area, approval from the <br />property owners association for use of such area shall be provided prior to City <br />approval of the hours of operation and of the design and location of the outdoor area- <br />3. if additional activities and enrollment beyond what was included in the applicant's <br />statement of operation, dated "Received, July 26, 2005", on file in ttae Planning <br />Department, are desired., prior City review and approval is required. Such <br />trxodiFcations may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial <br />conformance with this approval. The Planning Director Lrtay also refer the matter to <br />the Plaruxing Commission if the proposed changes would be significant. <br />4. If operations of this use permit results in conflicts pertaining to parking, interior <br />noise, traffic/circulation, or other factors, at the discretion of the Planning Director, <br />this conditional use pcrniit may be submitted to the Plannit~g Coarimission Por their <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Planning Cotrtinission may <br />modify or add conditions of approval to rraitigate such ixrxpacts, or artery revoke the <br />said conditional use permit approval- Possible mitigation arteasures may include, but <br />are not litrtited to, reducing the number ot, students, modifying the hours of operation, <br />or other measures deemed necessary by the Planning Commission- <br />5. Parents shall be instructed and encouraged to use the driveway off Rheum Drives to <br />pick up students. <br />6. This approval does not include approval of any signage for the after school program- <br />Any signs proposed shall be consistent with the sign program for the office coxraplex <br />and shall be approved by the Plamiing Department prior to installation. <br />
