21 . The locati can of any pad n-aounted transformers or other utility equipn~crat/ boxes shall be subj ect <br />to approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of permits by the Building Departaraent. <br />Such transforrraers shall be screened by landscaping or contained within an enclosure aa-aatclain~, <br />the building and with corrugated metal gates. All transformers shall be shown on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits. 7~he project developer shall atten~apt to locate <br />transl-orizacrs at the rc ar of the site_ <br />22. All parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the spaces are fronted <br />by concrete curbs, in which case sutt3cient areas shall be provided beyond the ends of all parking <br />spaces to accommodate the overhang of autoniobiles_ <br />23. The approved building materials and colors shall be stated on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building pcrniits_ <br />24_ All backflow prevention devices installed with the development shall be pat ntcd forest green <br />(Yantonc Color System Number 2030 and shall be screened [t-onz view ti-om public/ private <br />streets_ Screens shall consist of berms, walls, or landscaping satisfactorily integrated into the <br />landscape plan_ Landscape screens shall include shrubbery designed by species and planting <br />density to establish a complete screen within one year from the data of planting. Weather <br />protection devices such as n~easuras to protect pipes front freezing shall require approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to use; at no tin~ao shall fabric or other n~a ateri al not designed and/or <br />intended for this purpose be wrapped around or otherwise placed on these devices. All backflow <br />prevention devices shall be shown can the plans submitted for issuance of building permits <br />to gather wiU2 screening mechanisrn and/ or weather protection devices_ Proposed screening and <br />weather protection devices shall he reviewed for conforii-aity to these requirements and approved <br />by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />25. Final inspection by the Planning Departanent is required prior to occupancy. <br />C70NSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS: <br />26. Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to <br />prevent odor. <br />27_ All demolition activities and -all constx-taction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a. nom. <br />to 5.00 p.m., Monday through Saturday_ hz addition, no construction shall be permitted on <br />Federal Holidays. The Planning Director may allow earl.cr "start-times" for specific <br />construction activities (c.g., concrete-foundation/IIoor-pouring), if it can be demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the Plam-aing Director that the construction and construction traffic noise will not <br />affect nearby businesses/residents. All construction ey ui pinent must araect DMV noise standards <br />and shall be eq uippad with muffling devices. <br />28. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, or garbage pick-up between the hours of <br />10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. <br />4 <br />
