YC7-2005-42 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AYYROV AL OF TIIE APPLICATION OI~ BECKY RANDALL FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-16-18M WHEREAS, Becky Randall has applied for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development development plan to construct an approximately 840-square-foot detached garage outside the designated building envelope o£the property located at 1 038 Gray Fox Circle; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-LUR ~Planncd Unit Development -Low Density Residential District; and WHF_REA.S, at its duly noticed public hearing o£August 10, 2005, the Planning Comi~nission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff-concerning this application; and WHEREAS, this prc~jecti is categorically exempt fiom environmental review pursuant to the California F_nvironmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined. that the proposed nzodi-Fication would be consistent with other recently approved projects in the area and would not alter the natural topographical features of the area.
