YC7-2005-42 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AYYROV AL OF TIIE APPLICATION OI~ BECKY <br />RANDALL FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-16-18M <br />WHEREAS, Becky Randall has applied for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit <br />Development development plan to construct an approximately 840-square-foot <br />detached garage outside the designated building envelope o£the property located <br />at 1 038 Gray Fox Circle; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-LUR ~Planncd Unit Development -Low Density <br />Residential District; and <br />WHF_REA.S, at its duly noticed public hearing o£August 10, 2005, the Planning Comi~nission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff-concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, this prc~jecti is categorically exempt fiom environmental review pursuant to the <br />California F_nvironmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined. that the proposed nzodi-Fication would be <br />consistent with other recently approved projects in the area and would not alter <br />the natural topographical features of the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF "THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWIN Ci: <br />S cction 1 . Recommends approval of Casc PLJ D-82-7 6-7 8M, the application oI' Becky <br />Rai~dall for a rnaj or modification to an approved Plannc;d i.Jnit Development <br />development plan to construct an approximately 840-square-foot detached garage <br />outside the designated building envelope o£thc property located ai 1038 Gray Fox <br />Circle, subject to the conditions shown in F_xhibit B, attached hereto and made <br />part o1~ this case by ralaranca_ <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
