The existing Cor-O-Van monument sign shall be relocated to the planter "island" <br />between the southernmost ~tnd middle driveways on the property. "fhe final sign location <br />shall be shown on the building permit plans submitted for the self-storage facility and <br />shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director prior to iss uaiicc of a <br />building permit. <br />36. The proposed Allsafe Self-Storage and relocated Cor-U-Van nionti nzcnt signs may be <br />tc~nporarily located within the City right-of-way in front of the property until August 10., <br />2006, at which tune the signs shall be relocated entirely out of the City right-of--way <br />unless the area of the right-of--way on which the signs arc located has been vacated by the <br />City- Any relocated sign shall be subjact to separate design review approval by the City <br />prior to relocation- Prior to installation of the nzonum eni signs in the City right-ot=way, <br />the applicant shall obtain a temporary encroachment permit froth the Public Works <br />Department and enter into and record a license agreement with [he City which shall <br />include requirements for insurance, indenmiiication, tnaintenanec, etc. <br />37. "f ltc project developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly <br />visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight attd night time hours- <br />38. All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosures architecturally <br />compatible with the buildings. The materials and color of the enclosure walls shall match <br />the building walls and the gates shall be corrugated. metal or solid wood- The location <br />and design of the enclosures shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits and shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Director and Firc <br />Chief. Trash cot~tainers shall be stored within the enclosure at all tunes, except when <br />being unloaded. <br />
