T•/XHIBIT B <br />CONDIT[ONS OF AYYKO VAL <br />PAUP-1, Krishna and Mark Becker <br />2598 Skimmer Gourt <br />July 27, 2005 <br />1 . The keeping of chickens at 2598 Skimmer Clourt shall be substantially as shown on the site <br />plans, >/xhibit A, dated "Received May 6, 2005," and "application description on £le with <br />the Planning Department, except as modii3ed by the following conditions_ Minor changes <br />to the plaices may be allowed subject to the approval of the P]arming Director if found to be <br />in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits_ <br />2_ The applicants shall ensure the keeping or maintenance of the chickens be done in such <br />manner as not to cause damage or hazard to persons or property in the vicinity or to <br />generate offensive noise, dust, or odor_ <br />3_ The applicants shall ensure that the premises where the chickens are kept are n'iaintained in <br />a clean and sanitary condition at all dines and that all feces are disposed off in a sanitary <br />manner_ <br />4. The chickens must be kept in the enclosed back yard area at all tixaes. They may be <br />allowed to roam freely in the rear yard area with supervision; the age of the supervisor shall <br />be determined by staff. The chickens shall not be allowed to be set loose within the <br />neighborhood _ <br />5. No roosters shall be allowed to be kept. <br />6. i~he use permit is limited to the existing four chickens; a. new permit will. be required for <br />additional chickens. <br />7_ To attenuate the noise, the applicant shall plant fast-growing hedges around the coop, the <br />density of which shall be detcnriincd by staff. <br />8_ Staff shall establish a nicchanisn-i for neighbors to call in their complaints, and the use <br />permit shall come back before the Planning Commission aRer six months for evaluation <br />and review of any coiriplaints. <br />(~rsd~ <br />
