EXHIBIT B CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL PAP-78 Meier/ PADR-1235, Jeff Truc 6592 Arlington Court June 22, 2005 ] _ The proposed first floor addition shall conform substantially to the site plan and building elevations, Exhibit A, dated March 1 5, 2005, on f31e with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions_ The second story addition is not approved. 2_ Should the applicant wish to pursue asecond-story addition subsequent to the expiration o£the appeal period, the applicant shall provide a peer review and visual impact analysis_ 3. The colors and materials of the addition shall match those o£the existing structure. 7_ All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipn-ient must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muliling devices.
