All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.~n_ to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday- No construction shall be allowed on Federal Holidays. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. 5. All appropriate City permits shall be obtained prior to the construction. 6. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall include sigi~ lighting details in the construction drawings. The lighting utilized on the signage shall have the most appropriate lower luminosity and is subject to the approval of the Planning Director. 7. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall modify the illumination of the monument sign. The monument sign shall utilize ground lighting instead of the internal illumination- The detail of ground lighting shall be included in the construction drawings and is subject to the review and approval of the Planning Director- 8. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall modifiy the existing landscaping around the monument.
