Approves Case PDR-448/PCUP-139, the application of Fairl acid Investment, lnc. for design review approval and conditional use permit fora 7,264-square-foot, bill-service carwash, including a. giR shop and detailing services, on a 7 _77-acre site located at 3595 and 3597 Utah Street, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2_ This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
