G'onstruction Requirements= <br />46. All site improvexrients and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m_ to 5:00 p_m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV~ noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />xrLUffling devices. <br />47_ At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed froxri the <br />site at the end of each workday_ <br />48. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br />49. Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis to prevent <br />odor. <br />Fire Department Requirem entsc <br />50_ The project developer shall meet all requiren~xents of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />~Ylcasaxiton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br />5 1 . The prof cct developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards froxrL the start of construction <br />until the final inspection. <br />52_ Prior to any construction framing, the project developer shall provide adequate fire <br />protection facilities, including, but not limited to a water supply and water flow in <br />conformance to the G'uy's Fire Department Standards able to suppress a major tire. <br />53. The Fire Chief and the Director of Building Inspection shall approve the number, type, <br />and location of all private fire hydrants. <br />54_ All curbs located with aseven-foot, six-inch radius of a public/private fire hydrant shall <br />be painted red, unless, modified by the Fire Chief. Blue street "hydrant markers" shall. be <br />installed for all fire hydrants par City of'Ylaasanton Standard Speci Fications_ <br />55_ All private driveway aisles designated as fire lanes by the 1-ire Chief shall he rrxairitaincd <br />in accordance with Articles ~J and 10 of the Unifonri Fire Coda, which pern-xiis Lowing <br />vehicles illegally parked on the tare laaes_ Fire lane curbs shall be painted red with "No <br />Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" or "Nn Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" signs <br />shall be installed as required by the Vehicle Coda. <br />56. All portions of the buildings, except the carwash tunnel, covered by this approval shall <br />have installed and operating, fire extinguishers with a minin-LUm 2-A.1 O-B:C rating. "The <br />fire extinguishers shall be located within a 75-foot radius of each other. <br />7 <br />
