34_ At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes. or any other vehicle be used as living <br />or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from <br />the site at the end of each workday_ <br />35. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br />36. Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as <br />necessary to prevent odor_ All demolition activities and all construction activities <br />shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m_ to 5:00 p.m_, Monday through Saturday. No <br />construction shall be permitted on Federal I-lolidays. All construction equipment <br />must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices_ <br />37_ There shall be no truck deliveries, park ing lot sweeping, or garbage pick-up between <br />the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. <br />38. If archeological n-t aterials arc uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The <br />county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified <br />and procedures tbllowed as required in Appendix K of the California Environmental <br />C2uality Act A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br />39. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the project in a clean and orderly <br />manner at all times. <br />40_ The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building <br />Department prior to issuance of building permits. The plan shall include the <br />estimated composition and quantities of waste to he generated and how the project <br />developer intends to recycle at least 50% <tiRy percents of the total job site <br />construction and demolition waste measured by weight or volume_ Proof of <br />compliance shall be provided to the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a <br />final building permit During construction, the prof act developer shall mark a]] trash <br />disposal bins "trash rn ateri als only" grid all recycling bins "recycling materials only"_ <br />The project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage service for the disposal of all <br />waste troth the sita_ <br />41 _ 7{ required by the Police Department, the building shall be equipped with an al artYt <br />system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall <br />be installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br />42. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />~Plcasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24. <br />43_ The building covered by this approval shall be equipped with an automatic 13re <br />sprinkler system. Ylaris and specifications for the automatic fire sprinkler systerrt <br />shall be submitted to the Pleasanton Building Department for review and approval <br />2 <br />
