34_ At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes. or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of each workday_ 35. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. 36. Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor_ All demolition activities and all construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m_ to 5:00 p.m_, Monday through Saturday. No construction shall be permitted on Federal I-lolidays. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices_ 37_ There shall be no truck deliveries, park ing lot sweeping, or garbage pick-up between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. 38. If archeological n-t aterials arc uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and procedures tbllowed as required in Appendix K of the California Environmental C2uality Act A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. 39. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the project in a clean and orderly manner at all times. 40_ The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Department prior to issuance of building permits. The plan shall include the estimated composition and quantities of waste to he generated and how the project developer intends to recycle at least 50% <tiRy percents of the total job site construction and demolition waste measured by weight or volume_ Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building permit During construction, the prof act developer shall mark a]] trash disposal bins "trash rn ateri als only" grid all recycling bins "recycling materials only"_ The project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage service for the disposal of all waste troth the sita_ 41 _ 7{ required by the Police Department, the building shall be equipped with an al artYt system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be installed prior to occupancy of the building. 42. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code ~Plcasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24. 43_ The building covered by this approval shall be equipped with an automatic 13re sprinkler system.
