77I_ Revise plans to contain a grading and drainage plan per condition number <br />1 6(d~~7)_ <br />IV_ The xrtain structure shall be constructed to allow for Future installation of a <br />Photo Voltaic (PV) system_ The project/ building developer may either <br />coxr~ply with the following requirements for making all houses on the Lot <br />photovoltaic ready. Making the home photovoltaic ready shall require the <br />following measures to be ixrxplemented will-~ the construction of the <br />structures covered= <br />1J 731ecirical conduit and cable shall be installed from the roof7attic area <br />to the buildings' main electrical panels. <br />2) Roof trusses shall he engineered to 1-candle aii addition load of rve <br />(5) pounds per square foot beyond that of the anticipated load for the <br />roofing material. <br />3J An area shall be provided near the electrical panel for the "inverter" <br />required to convert the direct current output from the photovoltaic <br />panels to alternating current. <br />4) A bi-directional electrical x-neter shall be installed. <br />These measures shall be shown on the building permit plan set submitted to <br />the Planning Director For review and approval before issuance of the first <br />building permit. The project developer shall provide the future <br />homeowners the necessary information delineating the trxeans by which <br />photovoltaic panels can be applied to the roofs of the structures covered by <br />this approval_ This information shall be submitted tot the Planning <br />Director for review and approval prior to the occupancy of the trst unit. <br />{~ vid} <br />1 1 <br />
