28_ At no time shall the delivery of construction material, park ing of construction vehicles, or <br />storage of construction material impede the flow o£ traffic on St_ Mary Street unless <br />temporary and approved by the City Engineer and Chief of Police. <br />29_ At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day_ <br />30. Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times o£ <br />construction. <br />31 . Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary <br />to prevent odor_ <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br />32. The applicant shall meet all applicable fire and security requirements in Chapters 2024 <br />and 20.36 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />33. The project developer shall keep the site £ree of fire hazards from the start of construction <br />until the final inspection_ <br />34. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from <br />the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours_ <br />Engineerir~g Requircmetztsa <br />35_ Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, cable television, and <br />any required alarm systems For the proposed dwelling shall be installed underground_ <br />36_ The applicant shall submit a utility plan showing the proposed sewer system, water <br />supply, electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, and cable <br />television £or the dwelling_ Said plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer and the Planning Director prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />37_ The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond £or hazard and erosion control <br />prior to issuance o£ an Engineering or Euilding Deparrtment perir~it. "I"hc amount o£ this <br />bond will be determined by the City Engineer_ <br />38_ The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br />39.
