PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASAN"I'ON <br />A LAMEDA COi_71VTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO_ PC-2005-10 <br />RESOLLTION APPROVING "fHE APPLICATION OF GENE PINCH <br />FOR. DESIGN REVIEW ARPROVAI.., AS PILED CINDER CASE PDR-441 <br />WHEREAS, Gene Pinch has applied for design review approval to create an approximately <br />1 ,495-square-foot dwelling unit on the second Moor of the existing building <br />located at 312 St. Mary Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is CJ-C (Central CJommercial~, Downtown Revitalization, <br />Core Area Overlay District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February 23, 2005, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environnicntal Quality Act CCEQA~; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAN TON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING= <br />Section 1. Approves Case YDR-441, the application of Gene Finch for design review <br />approval to c;rc-ate; an appra~ximately 1,495-square-Foot dwe.llin~, unit on tl~e <br />second floor of the existing building located at 3 1 2 St_ Mary Street, subject to the <br />c;onditic~ns shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part cif this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days aRer its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
