8_ The applicant shall work with representatives of the Pleasanton Police Department and <br />the Department of Parks and Community Services to determine operational <br />characteristics for a safe restroom at this location, including specifying the hours of <br />operation for the public restroom covered by this approval, ensuring that the restroom is <br />inspected and cleaned a minimum of two times per day, and providing adequate security <br />measures to include illumination and monitoring for public safety. These measures shall <br />be decided upon to the satisfaction of the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit_ <br />9. The applicant shall design the restroom with adiaper-changing station, with adequate <br />ventilation to prevent restroom odors from entering the other interior areas of the <br />building, and with adequate measures to ensure that the restroom is soundproofed from <br />the other interior areas of the building. These details shall be shown on the building <br />permit plan set to the satisfaction of the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />fiend} <br />2 <br />
