8_ The applicant shall work with representatives of the Pleasanton Police Department and the Department of Parks and Community Services to determine operational characteristics for a safe restroom at this location, including specifying the hours of operation for the public restroom covered by this approval, ensuring that the restroom is inspected and cleaned a minimum of two times per day, and providing adequate security measures to include illumination and monitoring for public safety. These measures shall be decided upon to the satisfaction of the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a building permit_ 9. The applicant shall design the restroom with adiaper-changing station, with adequate ventilation to prevent restroom odors from entering the other interior areas of the building, and with adequate measures to ensure that the restroom is soundproofed from the other interior areas of the building. These details shall be shown on the building permit plan set to the satisfaction of the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a building permit. fiend} 2
