CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-46 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> TO VARIOUS REGIONAL AND LOCAL BOARDS, <br /> COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the end of each year, Council reviews and revises as necessary the <br /> Council assignments, made by the Mayor, to regional and local boards and <br /> commissions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor's appointments were ratified by the City Council by adoption of <br /> Resolution No. 96-145; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 6, 1997, the City Council considered amendments to <br /> the 1997 Local and Regional appointments. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 96-145 is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council approves the amended list of Mayor's appointments of <br /> Councilmembers to the various Boards, Commissions and Committees as <br /> set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
