<br />111. On-site storm drain inlets clearly marked and maintained with the words "No <br />Dumping - Drains to Bay." <br /> <br />112. Landscaping shall be properly maintained, with minimal pesticide and fertilizer <br />use. <br /> <br />113. Ensure wastewater from vehicle and equipment washing operations is not <br />discharged to the storm drain system. <br /> <br />114. Ensure that no person shall dispose of, nor permit the disposal, directly or <br />indirectly, of vehicle fluids, hazardous materials or rinsewater from cleaning tools, <br />equipment, or parts into storm drains. <br /> <br />115. Clean all on-site storm drains at least twice a year with one cleaning immediately <br />prior to the rainy season. The City may require additional cleanings. <br /> <br />116. Regularly but not less than once a month, sweep driveways, sidewalks, and paved <br />areas to minimize the accumulation of litter and debris. Comers and hard to reach <br />areas shall be swept manually. Debris from pressure washing shall be trapped and <br />collected to prevent entry into the storm drain system. Wastewater containing any <br />soap, cleaning agent, or degreaser shall not be discharged into the storm drain. <br /> <br />117 . Vegetated swales with grasses shall be mowed and clippings removed on a regular <br />basis. <br /> <br />118. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy of all <br />homes. <br /> <br />(Conditions related to the Jones Family Agreement, dated February 4,2005:) <br /> <br />119. The applicant shall place and re-grade infill material in the low area in the <br />southern comer of the Jones' property (west of the entrance gate), to the <br />approximate levels of the property's other surrounding grades and the future <br />grades of the project Lots 8 and 9. This area and the required elevations are <br />indicated on the attached "New Grading, Landscaping, and Hardscape Plan <br />Detail" plan, dated January 11,2005. <br /> <br />120. The applicant shall replace, repair, and/or adjust, with equal or better, all current <br />improvements on the Jones' property which are removed, damaged, covered, or <br />otherwise disturbed by the above-stated fill and regrading; including, but not <br />limited to, all landscaping, irrigation, vegetation, hardscaping, driveway, walls, <br />and fences. <br /> <br />18 <br />
