ATIACHMENT 4 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 06- RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF SILVERSTONE COMMUNITIES FOR PUD REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-49 WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 21, 2006, the City Council received a proposed Negative Declaration for the application of SilverStone Communities for PUD rezoning of an existing 2.76-acre vacant lot from RM-4,000 (Multiple-Family Residential) District to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High Density Residential) District and for development plan approval for a 45-unit residential condominium development at 3909 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated January 6, 2006 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 21, 2006, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife.
