<br />ATIACHMENT 4 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF SILVERSTONE COMMUNITIES FOR PUD REZONING <br />AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-49 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 21, 2006, the City Council received a proposed <br />Negative Declaration for the application of SilverStone Communities for <br />PUD rezoning of an existing 2.76-acre vacant lot from RM-4,000 <br />(Multiple-Family Residential) District to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit <br />Development - High Density Residential) District and for development <br />plan approval for a 45-unit residential condominium development at <br />3909 Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated January 6, <br />2006 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 21, 2006, at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental <br />impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no <br />potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br />
