CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> 1996-97 MIDYEAR FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br /> any staff recommendations for budget amendments or actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR97: ) for the second quarter of the <br /> fiscal year ending June 30, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the second quarter marks the midyear point, and therefore, staff performed a more <br /> thorough "Midyear Review"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the second quarter financial review, staff made recommendations as <br /> outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the 1996-97 Operating Budget be mended, per Appendix B of Staff Report <br /> Ntunber SR 97: .. <br /> <br />~ection 2: That the Capital Improvement Budget be mended per Appendix E of Staff Report <br /> Number SR 97: <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON APRIL 1, 1997 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy L.
