CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-26 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT <br /> NO. 045 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR <br /> FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. 04-5101 FOR FIRST <br /> STREET BRIDGE AT 144070 DEL VALLE, PROJECT NO. <br /> 955029 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement for the Federal-Aid <br /> Program with the State of California on August 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal <br /> Highway Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities has received the approved Program <br /> Supplement No. 045 which provides $520,519 in Federal funds and requires <br /> $97,481 in local matching money for Project No. 955029. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Program Supplement No. 045 to Local <br /> Agency-State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. 04-5101 for First Street <br /> Bridge at Arroyo del Valle, Project No. 955029. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above-described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CEKTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 1, 1997 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />AB SENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> /..."
