CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-20A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE PREZONING OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 34.5 ACRES LOCATED ON BOTH <br />SIDES OF TRENERY DRIVE WESTERLY OF <br />MARTIN AVENUE, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-97-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 18, 1997, the City Council received a proposed <br />negative declaration for the prezoning of approximately 34.5 acres located <br />on both sides of Trenery Drive westerly of Martin Avenue (2201, 2207, <br />2215, 2221, and 2313 Martin Avenue, and 3547, 3711, 3737, 3747, and <br />3757 Trenery Drive) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low <br />Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br />February 12, 1997, and received the recommendations of the staff and <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given <br />the oppommity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
